When I was a toddler, we lived near the Kessel-Lo Provincial Domain. We knew the park by heart and I remember rubbing the sand off my fluo yellow plastic sandals (we're talking mid eighties) after hours of fun at the large playground. Later, we moved to another township, but we kept going back to the domain for years.

Yesterday, I took my little piglet (and my big pig) there. Almost one and a half, Mon's still too young for the swing or the seesaw, but he clearly liked being out. The weather was perfect, the air smelled like spring. Because of the eternal works at home, we often forget to close the door behind our backs and just spend some time together, as a family. Needless to say I enjoyed every minute of my Mother's Day.
